About Surterra Wellness

On South Orange Avenue in Wadeview Park, this Surterra has racked up 574 reviews and a 4.5 rating from south Orlando patients. Staff members like Chey get repeat shoutouts for being patient with new patients and efficient with longtime regulars. Several reviewers describe themselves as multi-year customers spending consistently each week, which says something about repeat experience. The store stocks Surterra's full lineup — Coral Reefer flower, vape carts, edibles, tinctures, and Sweet Releaf topicals — and runs frequent in-store sales worth checking before each visit. A handful of critical reviews flag refund handling and an older paper-menu format that can slow down the queue, so checking the digital menu on surterra.com before arriving is smart. Open 9 AM to 8:30 PM weekdays and Saturdays, with shorter 11 AM to 6 PM Sunday hours. Florida medical card required at check-in. Parking is on-site in the strip plaza, and online order pickup speeds checkout considerably.

This was my second time coming to Surterra, and I have to say I am blown away with the customer service I’ve received both times. Chey and the team were incredibly helpful, kind, and efficient at their jobs (while I yapped their ears off, no less!). Chey is a phenomenal asset to Surterra!

This has been the absolute WORST dispensary in the state of Florida I have EVER been to. The menu is on printed sheets of paper black and white stapled together. So you’re flipping thru pages as the line builds behind you. Hardly legible. The flower assortments look pretty decent on paper judging terpene and thc. I purchased indoor flower. And it tasted like outdoor, old grass clippings. Disgusting taste, smell and no effect. I called the number on the receipt. The lady mentioned going back to location and I can get a refund. I returned to the location. The people at the front seemed confused and offered to call the manager. As the manager was not there. The woman returned stating the manager said “I’m not sure why they told them that but go ahead and refund”. They gave me my money back, great. But refused to take back the flower I didn’t want. NEVER RETURING THE ALLOTMENT TO THE PRESCRIPTION. So now I’m stuck with 5 8ths that I’ll never smoke. My allotment has been affected. And the manager wants to do nothing about it. I contacted the customer service line once more, they offered to ask the manager as “it is under managers discretion IF they want to ELECTRONICALLY make the return.” He chose not to. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, OR ALLOTMENT at this place. Management is not friendly. QUALITY OF PRODUCT IS NOT WORTH IT! Go to TRULIEVE!!!

This is a phenomenal store with an absolute phenomenonal staff. I have been visiting this store every other day like clockwork for three or four years now, spending just under $200 weekly. I'm forced to give only three stars because I was not refunded with product, or monetarily on my most recent purchase of a product that was unfortunately & surprisingly shorted by their machine. An incredibly rare incident. With other products, they have always issued a full replacement or refund with zero issue or pushback, as they are still quite rare. This was the first time having this issue with this particular product. I'm honestly shocked to have recieved a bag that was packed short, then essentially & without words told, "Tough luck", by receiving absolutely no compensation for it. State reccomendations could of course not be refunded, I was denied a replacement, and also denied a monetary refund. Part of me is forced to wonder if these people who I've grown to think of as friends honestly believe I lied about the bag being shorted. I'll now be forced to check every single product with the staff before exiting the store, going forward, extending my purchase & interaction time & will urge other customers to do the same. After years of always leaving with a smile, today I am remarkably dissapointed. Edit: I was given a full refund after roughly two weeks or so. I never stopped going to see my Surterra family every other day & have renewed belief that I'll never have to, either.

This is the dispensary closest to me and probably has the most quality edible products, the balm is really effective. They always have discounted deals for flower and other products. I think the staff are really chill and do their job well, non awkward. The chocolates are really good.
