Sunnyside Medical Cannabis Dispensary Orlando - South

I got there when they opened (9:00am), i had work at 9:30, i was just gonna get a cart, it should take minutes. I left at 9:20, they said the cart was not there, even tho it said stocked on the website, they didn’t do anything to reward the time that i lost. The staff was not bad people at all, but they need to communicate better with their customers and maybe don’t make them wait 20 minutes for nothing. If you go to any other dispensaries close (trulieve, curaleaf, ayr, etc…), you’re not having a issue like this. They even forgot to get me my 4 50% codes, i only got 1 and a free .5 vape😭 EDIT (just talked to the manager and he offered me something for it, he was really polite and cool)

I had a great experience at Sunny Side thanks to Sabrina! She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient while helping me find exactly what I needed. She took the time to answer my questions, explain the options clearly, and made the whole visit feel comfortable and welcoming. Fonzy helped checked me out, communicated well with me. Fonzy is a straight professional, made my experience and checkout smooth. Sunnyside always has the best flower, pre-rolls, edible's, and vape.
