Excellent, since day one. Today 1/23/26 the best manager gave me advice, about new products and help me chose another store cause I'm moving out of Orlando. She should own a franchise. Awesome kind young lady. Blessings

I’ve never been good things to say about the store. They’re very helpful and knowledgeable about different strains.

Now that Vidacann has been bought out by Planet 13, it's time to update the review. Building and layout has not changed other than normal rebranding. Waiting area, checkout, and merchandise are just decked out in Planet 13 swag. The value that Vidacann products brought was great for the Florida medical market. It allowed patients access to affordable and potent medicine (like through the Tikun brand). Unfortunately, Planet 13 is a bit different. They kept most of the strains the same, but got rid of their Tikun brand line that specialized in the medical aspect of the plant. Their new rosin is at the same level as their old. They still do sales on most everything, but you have to wait and watch for the deals. I miss Vidacann's straight up pricing, but will keep giving Planet 13 a shot when there is a sale. Do not buy anything full price, as it will most likely be discounted later in the week. ___________________________________________ One of the only dispensaries that allow you to walk straight to the counter and be served. It could have been a fluke. Actually rather nice to just enter and go directly to the showroom area. Located on obt, near sand lake/FL mall. Staff/budtender was super helpful. She looked up specific terpenes on all of the sale products inquired. Offered suggestions and alternatives to almost everything we discussed. This place is known for their Tikun line products. Came for a discounted Tikun, but they only had ratio 1:1 available on sale. Instead, grabbed some sale fresh product, and was disappointed (almost no smell). Amazing packaging though (frosted glass jars). First timers get $100 in free product when purchasing $100. They let you save the discount if you do not feel like using it. Going to wait and try them again in the future. Let down by their fresh product, but the sale price makes it sting less. Bonus, lai lais is next door.

The quality of products have greatly increased since Planet13 took over Vidacann! I go to this location almost on a daily basis. Infact the only complaint I have is they can't keep enough in stores. Prices are very reasonable. The daily deals are amazing and the staff is top notch. Everyone that works here have been 100% professional and very noligable about everything they carry. I am so happy this is the closest dispensary to me!!!
