Mint Cannabis - Orlando
About Mint Cannabis - Orlando
Set on E Colonial Dr in Orlando, this Mint Cannabis store has a 4.8-star rating from 612 reviews. The location previously operated under different brands including Columbia Care before transitioning to Mint, and a few reviews reference confusion about the rebrand. Hours run a wide 8:00 AM to 8:45 PM seven days a week, which gives early morning and late evening access. A drive-thru is on site and actively used for pickup orders, setting it apart from competitors that have a drive-thru but don't operate it. Reviewers split on pricing and product specifics, with some flagging high prices on flower and questions about COA accuracy. Budtenders like Elvin get praised for helpful, kind service. The store sits on east Colonial in a corridor convenient to UCF, Azalea Park, and east Orlando neighborhoods. Worth a look if you want long hours and a working drive-thru.

Customer Reviews
This is my first review after attempting to patronize this location when it operated as Columbia Care. Since that time, the business has undergone multiple name changes and is now operating as Mint. Upon arrival, the dispensary appears abandoned. There is rarely anyone present in the drive-through, and when staff do appear, their demeanor is consistently unprofessional and hostile, suggesting potential issues with management or employee compensation. Despite premium pricing, the quality of the product does not align with the cost and is significantly below reasonable consumer expectations. The repeated rebranding raises concerns about stability and accountability. I strongly encourage management to focus less on changing the company name and more on improving product quality, employee treatment, and customer service. If this business were providing affordable products and treating both customers and employees appropriately—similar to how McDonald’s maintains brand consistency and customer loyalty—it would have no need to abandon its original branding. Instead, the frequent name changes suggest an attempt to distance the company from prior operational failures. Much like Burger King locations that charge premium prices while delivering inconsistent quality, this business appears to be pricing itself out of the market while offering a substandard customer experience. Absent meaningful improvements in pricing, product quality, and employee relations, this pattern raises legitimate concerns about the long-term viability of the operation.
Why do they keep changing the name? Anyways, I like that they have a drive thru and they actually use it. Other stores have a drive thru, but dont. However, thats about all that I like here. The only thing here getting high here is the prices. I gave a low rating because the COA on the flower here says that its all THCA. I buy thca legally. It ships to your door. Youre not supposed to need a medical marijuana card to buy this flower. For example, they will label a product 25% thc, but it isn't. Itll be like 24%thcA and then 1% delta9 thc. Long story short, i feel like I got got.
elvin was great! he was super kind and informative and helped me with my purchase and even got me a better deal than expected! i always have a great experience in this shop!
Extremely knowledgeable. Suggested products that best suited me. Friendly, personable service. Even remembered from by visit months ago.
Bougie! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Great interior design. It feels like a dispensary in Aspen, Colorado. Prices are high, but there's ongoing sales of some kind.
