Updated review They got back to me and had a communication error. They made the issue right and I’ll be back to give em another go. I appreciate the efforts made to correct the issue. Unfortunately the product is super dry(multiple strains) and crumbles apart… I contacted the store and was told I’d get a call back… that was multiple days ago and nothing. I probably won’t be back as the customer service is sorta lacking.
Valeria, and the entire staff are truly top-notch. the experience is always smooth, professional, and friendly. In-store, the team is knowledgeable, patient, and welcoming—they make you feel like a valued customer every time. It’s rare to find a team that delivers consistency and care across the board. Valeria was absolutely fantastic. This was my first time at green dragon. She was extremely helpful in my journey in trying medicinal marijuana. During our time, the Store manager Lea came by and made sure everything was going well and made my experience there an absolute 10/10. I can go in there in confidence now and not worry about anything. I will return as much as possible!
