FLUENT Cannabis Dispensary - Orlando

Can't reset my password on your website , it resets a password for Jane and then logs me into a site that has nothing to do with fluent n literally your website is very very bad. You have to pull the website down several times to get your sign in to appear when it finally gives you the login page, it is ridiculous when you use a filter you have to scroll way way down and select save for filter which the save isn't apparent so for the first 3 months I wasn't getting anything filtered properly. I am a digital product manager and you really need to change your site if you want more conversions. It's also difficult to find parking for this location. Also once you find a medicine type that works for you it never gets in stock again it seems like. The pros to this place are the bud tenders are helpful and nice. Also, you don't have to stand in line and wait, they take your card when you get there and then call you back which is helpful if you have chronic pain, kudos for this. This is my honest opinion in hopes of helping you become even better.

Disgusting and dishonest employees. DO NOT risk being ripped off by this place. The employees are so disgusting and unprofessional they LIE TO THE POLICE to get people out on the sidewalk arrested. Yes, if they decide they don't like you walking by on the PUBLIC sidewalk they will call police and lie to them to get you arrested. If you hate yourself and want to be treated like a criminal, this is your place.

Was referred by a friend after liking a particular strand she had... Came in as a first time purchase and was told me total would be 50% off for first time guest. So I grabbed a ton of flower... Then when checking out the associate became tounge tied trying to explain that since the store already had a deal on the strand I liked, I couldn't use my first time discount and the strand discount... 🙄 EVERY dispensary honors flower deal and first time buyers deal. Not shopping here again.

Great dispensary! They've got an awesome selection and are my new go-to spot for flower. I'd like to give an extra special shout out to Tiff for her kindness and helpfulness! Her knowledge made navigating my options simple and brought a pleasant, welcoming vibe to my visit. I'm a believer that customer care is just as important as the products themselves, and Tiff made a positive difference in my day.

I've been in a couple times, this recent time was really awesome though. The blonde (who was super sociable and did her job really well, gave lots of good recommendations of her favorites which i picked up and enjoyed)behind the counter put me on some really quality flower that was super saled(hopefully the managers enjoy that haha) and it's honestly worth the non sale price like the flower here is super tasty. Today had a sale for gummys for 8$! Naturally its 10 but today i walked away with 5 packs. Quality place to shop around.
