Spend my own time completing an order online and then driving there with the intent to just walk in and pick up. Got there same time as a new customer. They helped the new customer before allowing me to quickly pick up my order that was already done. They don’t actually know what customer service is. If they didn’t sell weed they’d go bankrupt

Nice to have a Cookies on this side of town. The location on Lee blvd is not the best drive at any time of day. Small storefront but still feels super open and airy. Unlike most dispensaries, they have a small counter and they keep a lot of their stock out on shelves behind the budtenders. Not sure why they don't keep the medicated products behind the scenes. Seems like they are trying to get robbed. Budtenders were efficient and polite. Got what I came in for and left without any fuss. I recommend Lemonchello #28 and Apples and Bananas (when the terps are right). Will be back.
