Horrible customer service. Prices are good and product is good in cartridges. They seem to get their math wrong almost every time and I have to say something not to get charged extra. This time I just bought a blend pen, it worked for 3 days and now malfunctioning. Never been dropped either. Called the store and they wont return or exchange even in this short time. Was told I have to contact manufacturer. Disappointed to see they dont back something they sell at all and kick it straight to manufacturer. Waste of 70 bucks.
I have been to practically every dispensary in Central Florida and this location is the best. I typically do online orders, and I am always in and out with no wait times. John, Jay and Kyle are great at what they do and they very knowledgeable when it comes to advice on what to buy.

I started using this dispensary about 3 months ago, and I don’t regret it. The staff is what makes this location shine! Kyle is incredibly patient, friendly and knowledgeable. During the Black Friday sale, I was confused about the pricing of the Kynd gummy deal. Kyle was so patient with explaining how the promo worked even though I had a lot of follow up questions. John and Joe are awesome as well. They were working a shift together when I first met them. Super friendly, and I got a tip to make ice cream cookie sandwiches with the chocolate chip cookies. Amazing! They really shine too. Their strengths, level of customer service, and knowledge make me feel that customer service and support is a top priority for this location.
Have been going to TL loyally. Won’t be going back AYR has better prices, in my opinion HIGHER quality products and Jay and Kyle sealed the deal thanks guys for sharing your knowledge with me 1st time i’ve left a dispensary smarter than when I walked in thanks again Jay and Kyle
