I love this place always good product. Tori was freaking amazing and so darn helpful. The best!!!
Will not exchange unsmokable product. BUYER BEWARE. I’ve shopped at this dispensary for a while. Their flower is great I’ll give them that. Over the last few months though I’ve had unlabeled product put in my bag by mistake, I took it back so they could label it. I was given $10 dollars in extra change, which I returned. I also had to wait outside the store for 15 min one time because they were closed in the middle of the day. They told me it was because of computers which was a lie because I waited outside till the other employee showed up so they could sell me product. Which was fine with me I really don’t know why they chose to lie and say it was a broken system when it was really lack of employees. Anyway they always did right by me so I didn’t complain. Today however I bought a syringe of distillate. I took it home tried it and it was so disgusting I immediately got back in my car and went back to cookies. A 20 min one way drive for me btw. When I walked in and told them I wanted to exchange my product because it wasn’t smokable they told me they don’t do exchanges and proceeded to blame me for buying distillate which is “more for eating” according to the bud tender. Which I honestly agree with but I’ve bought distillate from trulieve and muv for years and been able to smoke and eat it. So im gonna go back to spending my money with them. Their rewards system is better anyway. I suggest yall do too. Really sucks cause this place does have the best bud. Unfortunately the worst customer service.
I just got 4 quarter oz for $35 each @ 30% THC… it came out to $140 but I had $75 Worth of points from shopping. So I just got an OZ of 30% flower for $65 bucks. The prices, quality, and point system makes this the best dispo around 💯 the whole krew is knowledgeable about medical marijuana and the products. This is the only place I shop 🔥
