why in the world does this establishment have such an insanely rude worker (mr. colón). what is his purpose??? all he does is give straight up shameless attitude the minute you come in. he asks what i want and i tell him i want to look at the tablet for a bit to see what i want, and he literally throws his hand in the air like he’s annoyed. i use the tablet for 30 seconds and he asks me what he can help me with, literally rushing me. not a damn person waiting to be helped. there was no need for a rush. where have you got to be bro? it was gonna close in two hours by the way. i was literally there for TWO MINUTES. mr. colón, go find a new job. everyone else is fine. i have no idea why he’s there, ruins the vibes completely. im gonna go to jungle boys 😭

Always an excellent experience especially today on Veterans day. I don't know her name, but she is an Afro American girl who was very nice and sweet. Loved her Cultivar dark green hoodie. Recommended some 1G Indica vape with high terpenes which literally make you lock into the couch or just relax you away in your bed. Trulieve is always good! Thank you

I still have my receipt (Receipt #1017527232), but unfortunately, I misplaced the note where I wrote down the names of the two employees who helped me — and honestly, I’m a bit embarrassed about it because they truly went above and beyond. These two team members provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. They took their time explaining everything, making recommendations, and ensuring that I felt confident and comfortable with my purchase. Their positive energy and patience really stood out, and they made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Although I can’t recall their names, I still wanted to make sure they receive the credit they deserve. I hope this message gets back to them and management recognizes the fantastic job they’re doing.
