I visited the Ocala store this morning and was waited on by Melody. I was a return customer although it has been a couple of years since my last visit, she was very helpful updating my profile. She efficiently helped me with my order and gave me the information for downloading your company's app. It was a very pleasant shopping experience.

Easy…yes that’s it in a word. My experience was easy. Nate, my new friend was helpful from the moment I walked in. He made sound suggestions that provided me the opportunity to make sound decisions. As a professional customer, that’s really all I want from a professional vendor. I show up with money and questions and I am provided with data and product. Which leads me to the diverse selection available at Ayr. A collection of well stocked and merchandised products with well informed representatives… the recipe for satisfaction. I would recommend visiting a local Ayr branch and if you happen to be in Silver Springs, ask for Nate, and tell him Dave sent you 😊👏

Stopped in the Ocala location yesterday, and I have to say the young lady that helped me out was named Kelli. She was extremely helpful and explained my industry discount quite thoroughly, which of the 6-7 times I’ve been to your Ocala location, no one has broke that down and explained it to me the way she did. She was also very polite and knowledgeable. She is an asset to your company. Thank you for the experience

Allyson is the absolute best. Front start to finish. She explains each item in detail and helps you find the best fits for you. She's informative, shes helpful and just the sweetest young lady. I always look forward to going in and seeing her smiling face. I dont want to sell the guys shirt because they're all great and helpful too. I only go to this specific dispensary because of how great the team is but also the quality of products and the deals. Loyal customers here! Love this specific location.

Friendly and helpful staff guide you through selections as much or as little as you would like. Ryan is awesome and held the door for us coming in. My partner and I were both shopping and he helped us immediately, pointing out discounts we would have otherwise missed. The gal working with him was also amazing but I didn’t get her name. Easy and very enjoyable experience!
