My God !! If there’s was a super star button, I would definitely would give it the whole team !!! Love coming in this store every single second is enjoyed and feel welcome and very attentive. Awesome!! (Ps. I am not a a person who actually leaves reviews, but I strongly feel I would definitely recommend && when awesome employees keep customers happy should be seen/ rewarded to give them more motivation to reach more customers expectations to the fullest like now thanks guys)

I don’t usually sit down to write reviews, but as an older mother who has come to really appreciate MÜV’s products since both my daughter and I use them regularly I feel I need to speak up. About a month ago, my daughter and I visited this MÜV location to purchase more topicals. We were helped by the manager, I believe his name was Luis. The interaction left me very unsettled. He seemed tense and was speaking sharply to another young man who worked there for reasons I couldn’t understand. My daughter was the one closer to the counter, so I didn’t catch everything at first. When she called me over, I stepped closer and that’s when I noticed what looked like white residue around the young man’s nose. As a mother who has, unfortunately, seen people struggle with substance abuse throughout my life, my heart dropped. I truly fear this young man may have been under the influence, possibly even using something like cocaine while at work. I am writing this not out of anger, but out of deep concern for the safety and professionalism of this store, but also sincerely for this young man. If he is struggling, I pray he gets the help he needs. No one should have to carry that burden alone, especially while trying to do their job.

It’s not usually in my nature to write reviews, but I have to make an exception for the vibe at MÜV in North Miami. This was my first visit, and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming. The store is clean, well-organized, and I really liked that most of the product boxes are on display — it makes for a hands-on experience and invites you to ask questions. Michael helped me during my visit and was both attentive and impressively knowledgeable, not just about the products but about the industry overall. I took advantage of the first-time discount (and stocked up!), but I have to say the second-time discount is pretty tempting too. All in all, a great first experience. I’ll definitely be back. Well done, MÜV!

Michael is absolutely amazing! Every time I come to this location, he’s always so helpful and welcoming. He really knows all the products inside and out, and you can tell he values his job and truly cares about helping customers. His knowledge and recommendations always make the experience smooth and enjoyable. Excellent customer service all around – it’s always a pleasure coming here thanks to Michael.
