I've been going to Fluent for 4-5 years now and it's always a joy to see familiar faces. Me and my dog Zoe are both welcomed and Zoe loves the treats she gets when she's there with me. It's a quiet atmosphere and very clean and professional.
So Robert the manager literally just racial profile me in the most disrespectful way. If I don’t like the strain that I purchase I have all rights to exchange it, just tried doing that only for Robert to be rude with me asking me why I keep coming to his store. This is the worst customer service ever. Everyone else has always been cool. That Robert guy needs to be on a farm picking cherries cause he has no customer service and I’m not even trying to be funny it’s really bad.
Such a great experience at Fluent’s drive-through! The service was quick and easy, and the Zoe helping me even made sure I got the best deal and saved money. Can’t beat that kind of customer service!!! THANK YOU ZOE!!!😊
