I've use two other dispensary in the Miami area, and Trulieve (4020 NW 26 st) has become my favorite. They have good quality products at a good price, but what makes it special for me is the service. Employees like Mike and J.C. always give good suggestions on products and eager to help. Even the security guard outside assists and helps with customer service. Thank you guys.

I always have a great experience at Trulieve Miami. The store is always clean, organized, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. What really makes my visit stand out is the amazing customer service. Michael and Andre were both incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. They take their time to answer my questions, explain different options, and made sure I feel comfortable with my choices. They are few people that do a good job in this place and Michael is one of them. This location is awesome they take care of business. Even when they are lots of people at the same time they do their best to get everyone what they need in a timely fashion. Best part sometimes I walk in and staff already knows what I’m getting since i usually stick with things I like. Keep up the good job guys. JM.
I made a pick up order when I was 5 minutes away and it was actually ready when I got there. These people are quick and awesome. I was helped by Ryan and Andy who were both extremely knowledgeable, friendly and got me in and out which I really appreciated. Great job, the best Trulieve location I've been to.
