I recently had the pleasure of visiting Surterra Dispensary, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The staff at Surterra Dispensary are not only incredibly friendly but also highly knowledgeable. During my visit, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Tom, and I must say, he was absolutely awesome. His warm and welcoming demeanor immediately put me at ease, and he went above and beyond to ensure that I had all the information I needed to make informed decisions. Tom's knowledge about the various products and strains available was truly impressive. He took the time to listen to my needs and preferences and provided me with personalized recommendations that were spot on. I felt confident in his expertise and trust in his guidance. The entire staff at Surterra Dispensary exudes a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, creating a comfortable environment for customers. First time customer here: I went here mainly to try out the amazing Full-Spectrum cartridges and ended up buying some edibles as well as great pre rolls. The battery I got for the cartridge unfortunately didn’t work, so I had to go back the next day but the staff was wonderful and not even replaced my battery with the one that was needed for the full spectrum cartridge, but they also gave me another cartridge free of charge!!! Great customer service, I really didn’t need another cartridge but that was a very nice gesture. I will definitely be back soon. The quality of the cart is outstanding, the pre rolls are fire, and the edibles are super nice and mellow. I very much like the hard candy watermelon drops. Hopefully they will introduce some drinks like non alcoholic beer infused with THC. Thank you again to the wonderful staff at this location.

EXCEPTIONAL PERSONIZED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE SERVICE! thank you especially to Victoria for being so attentive and beyond helpful. They are also PET FRIENDLY (see pic)! Their Sativa Pre-Rolls are just what the dr ordered, IM TOTAL FAN! I will from now on make the over hour drive w/traffic to this location over the(SOBE) Miami Beach location only 20min from my home...they have no where near the service of Dadeland Surterra. Mike at the SOBE location acted as if I was bothering him, and I was the only patient in that store! No one at the SOBE location seemed happy to be working except the woman at the register...Mike never came back to see if I had further questions just passed me on to have the girl ring up the CBD oil. Lesson learned DADELAND Surterra location, THE BEST...thanks Victoria and all the staff I felt SO welcomed....cant wait to come back!
