FLUENT Cannabis Dispensary - Coral Gables
About FLUENT Cannabis Dispensary - Coral Gables
On SW 40th Street in the Coral Gables area of Miami, this Fluent location averages 4.6 across 126 reviews. The store is praised for friendly staff and an active sale calendar, particularly on gummy and gel edibles which patients call out as a standout product category. Hours run 9 AM to 8:30 PM every day of the week. The menu mirrors Fluent's broader Florida lineup of flower, vapes, edibles, tinctures, and concentrates. Mixed reviews flag some friction with online ordering — confirmation emails contradicted by later declines, plus repeated cart hardware issues that required exchanges. Staff are reported as handling those exchanges courteously when issues arise. Signing up for Fluent's text-message announcements is the cleanest way to catch daily sales. Florida MMJ card required. Online ordering through fluent.com is supported. Parking is on-site. A reasonable South Miami option, with caveats around online order reliability.

Customer Reviews
Terrible experience and completely disorganized. I placed an online order for a product that was listed as in stock. I received confirmation. I then received a message stating my order was READY for pickup. After that, I get an email saying the order was declined. So which is it? Ready or declined? There was no phone call, no proactive communication — just conflicting messages. I showed up expecting to pick up a confirmed order, only to be told I didn’t have one. If your system can’t accurately track inventory or communicate order status properly, you shouldn’t be offering online ordering. Sending customers a “ready for pickup” notification and then declining the order afterward is unacceptable. Complete waste of time and gas. Do better.
Went in today and bought the deal for 3 mini mood cartridges which shared the same flavor, they all tasted completely burnt/empty to which workers responded to very kindly by exchanging them. However the second group of flavors I was given also share the same exact taste which is quite literally what an empty cartridge out of wax taste like. I am very disappointed since all 6 cartridges were reduced from my limit and I will not be using them. Will not be returning for this brand ever again and I do not recommend the purchase of this brand since it seems for now all their inventory shares the same unpleasant taste.
7/30 at 5:25-5:40 I encourage the owners to look at the cameras and follow up with this as you could had thieves in your business or people too high to help. Absolutely ridiculous and infuriating experience. I came in after a long, stressful day of work expecting to decompress—not to be accused of lying, waste my time, and feel completely disrespected. I was told my order was complete, but the flower was missing. When I brought it up, [Paulino] I’m assuming the manager? He didn’t have a name tag so I’m not sure, chubby guy with glasses and a bread had the nerve to say, “I know there was flower in there, but it’s okay.” Excuse me—what? So now I’m being told something was in the bag that clearly wasn’t, and it’s “okay”? No. You’re calling me a liar. I had to wait in line again—wasting more of my time—because [Jaden] couldn’t get my order right the first time At that point I flat-out asked him to check the cameras. He said he would, but based on his attitude and the way things were handled, it’s obvious he didn’t actually do it—because if he had, he’d clearly see exactly what transpired. Instead of verifying the truth, he just slapped a note on my account saying they will “check my flower before leaving” next time. What a lazy, dismissive excuse for customer service. This whole situation felt super sketchy and completely uncomfortable—especially after a long day of work. I shouldn’t have to wait in line a second time to fix your mistake only to be treated like I’m trying to scam you. That’s insulting. Honestly, now I’m wondering if your employees are stealing or just too high to pay attention to what’s going on. Either way, it’s unacceptable. If you’re not watching the cameras, maybe start watching your own staff. I liked the first time I came here. Never again. I’ll drive further out to avoid this unprofessional nonsense. You’ve lost my business. Embarrassing service. Accusatory. Sketchy. And straight-up disrespectful. Do better.
Great customer service and help from the staff. Paulino, the manager, was super informative on all the products and made some great recommendations. First time in a medical dispensary and will come back again. Easy parking and great prices too!
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always a nice sale going on. They carry the most delicious gummy/gel edibles! It's a good idea to sign up for their text messaging announcements to get notified about their daily sales.
