My wife had a very poor customer service interaction at the facility 2/24/26. I tried to speak with management to correct the issue on the phone but was told nothing could be done and I would not be provided any information on the store managers contact information. I Would love to articulate this to someone who understands the big picture and I will rectify my review. The utter lack of understanding on the issue was baffling to say the least.
Walked in to smiling, welcoming faces! Thank you so much to Lavell, Anna & Steve! Well versed in their knowledge of cannabis and products, happy to answer all questions, and made some suggestions that I decided to try for my own medicine cabinet. I will most definitely be back and highly recommend this dispensary to those looking for a home base shop to go to. Great deals + lovely staff = happy customer 😁 Thanks again!
Danielle, John, and Lavell are such helpful bud tenders! They’re informative and accommodating. I’ve been to this location a couple of times now and I am thoroughly pleased with the cleanliness and staff. The products are worth every cent.
Danielle and Daryl were extremely knowledgeable and helpful as a first time patient. They gave me the run through on all the different type of flowers, concentrates and edibles. They recommended the dark heart collection and it didn’t disappoint. I recommend this location over any other. Will be back very soon.
