Having been to several dispensaries across several counties I can say I absolutely love the team here at this location always very caring, attentive and helpful with any questions I might have of any product. This location is always clean and well kept. A special thanks to Nick the store manager. JC the budtender and the rest of the team. A true community establishment.
If you are looking for great quality, a great selection of flower, great prices, professional staff and a short wait, this is your spot. Every time I am served here I never leave disappointed. Switch to Trulieve now and you won't be disappointed.
The people are very nice, professional and patient as well as knowledgeable. I have never experienced a long wait, as a walk in patient. Never more than 10 minutes tops. And some employees know me by my name and I thinks thats great recognition.
This is a dispensary unfortunately I won't be returning to. There were several situations to note but I will stick to the most important. Red flag number one, As I was ordering on the site they were telling me about sales 60% off for first time visit so I decided to give them an opportunity. Unfortunately this is one of those companies who likes to bait and switch people they offer you 60% off for your first visit but upon arrival after ordering there was no transparency in the prices they did not allow this first time "discount" because it didn't apply to their products which were just as normal as every other product. I've noticed with other dispensaries there's a lot more transparency when ordering online they give you the price they give you the discount they give you complete transparency before you even make your way up there. They show you where discounts are applied they show you what you purchased they've showed you what doesn't apply to any sort of sales it's full transparency there is none of this when you order online you get up there expecting 60% off and then all of the sudden you get nothing off and it suggested by the employee that you don't even use the discount you "save it" it's a very fraudulent practice by a company that shouldn't need it at this point. Second red flag was the way that they expedite the situation I've never walked into a dispensary and been scolded, after placing an order online expecting to walk in and just pick it up especially when they send me a text noting that the order has been completed. so like every other dispensary I walk through the doors I walk towards the counter to pick up my purchase which is already ready and I'm scolded and told by someone turn around walk up front and wait for them to address me after I check in very rude and very uncalled for especially in this industry where everyone seems to be happy except for the employees at this location. Another red flag when I walk in and I'm finally spoken to after checking in I listen to a angry employee snap at another customer and then call his fellow employee an idiot for not doing what he said and listening to what he said. As a custom I do not care about hearing these things especially a male employee calling a female employee an idiot. The female employee did a great job she did what she could to make the situation better and she was very friendly she smiled the entire time but again I was told even though that it's my first visit and I was told online I get 60% off I was denied any of those things so it was already frustrating situation by the time I got to that point because of that specifically, the bait and switch I do not feel that this company respects its customers and just trying to provide more income. Unfortunately they will get no more from me I will continue to go to muv and sunburn and make my purchases there I will not return to this location for these reasons specifically hopefully you can remedy these problems within your company and make this a better situation for the customers as well as the value of the product, and I hope in the future you take away the bait and switch and just make everything transparent. Muv is very good about that when you order online they immediately deduct any situations so you can see the amount of money that you're going to need when you arrive so you don't get charged anything extra for having to run a debit card. I would hope for your sake as a company you would improve these methods in order to better satisfy the customer and maybe get more positive reviews in the future. Consumers please be aware of these practices there are much better and friendlier ways to get your medical product. I typically only write 5 star reviews because i believe in the power of being positive i will say I believe unfortunately this is my first 1 star review out of several hundred.
Service has been better at the new location no issues so far still getting used to the new ground flower Wednesdays…Products run out Quickly! Timing is everything when ordering and picking up. Customer service is excellent. Some of the best prices and highest grades around.
