Small miscommunication about the price. I wanted 4 for 60. I paid $40 for 2. And I received the incorrect product. Highly disappointed. The only dispensary I've ever had deny a return or in reality, I want to buy more and receive the deal I was supposed to receive in the first place and was told no by the manager 😂 female employee was nice. Male employee with afro couldn't remeber 2 waxes without grabbing the wrong one. And again, manager says its my fault for purchasing it lmao. Love you guys. Won't be shopping here ever again. Steven is always the sweetest whenever I come in very thorough and always double checks what I got so I dont forget... dont go anywhere else!!! Even tho I stay in Crestview I still take the trip to go to this store cause its great products for great prices... I usually get Steven when I come in and am never disappointed!!!
Steven always takes great care of me. Whether it’s awesome recommendations on new product that came in or specials that I might not be aware of. He is always top notch customer service! Great prices with even greater employees that care!
If I could leave a negative star review I would. I will start by saying most of your staff are amazing, Chrystal, Steve, and Joe . But Austin is by far the least customer friendly person I have ever met. I was picking up an order, and I was going to add some more on, but he snatched my card and took off. He started to ring up my order, without even verifying it and then I said what I had ordered just to be sure he was giving me the correct order. I will not be going back unless I can deal with someone who actually cares about the customer and wants to help me with my questions.
Chrystal was so awesome. It’s my birthday and she made sure I walked away with gifts that I didn’t expect. Her vibe is so raw and perfect for this profession
