Products seem fairly good however, you cannot order anything online unless you have an Apple phone. I do not and I never will own anything by Apple so I cannot order online using my Samsung phone. I do not recommend if you are trying to order with anything other than an Apple phone. Otherwise you have to go in person

Absolutely 💯 ridiculous. I always do an express order and I never get treated as an express. There were 6 walk in and 2 pickups and 2 express. Y would yall take the walking before the people who put in orders so as not to wait so long...just to be waiting longer than should have been. Also went out of order. Took 3 people that walked in AFTER ME AND THEY WERE WALKINS. Totally unacceptable. Express means just that's express....doesn't matter how ma y people r waiting. Supposed to take the express orders before walk ins. What is the point in making an order online and check in before entering the building? Make it make sense to me please

Staff is great at the Lehigh location but they need more people the wait times are just way too long. Sat for 20 minutes in the lobby Friday night got up went to MUV 10 minutes away and still got my product from MUV before I got a text message that they were ready for me at trulieve. Open another location in Lehigh or schedule more people during busy times please.

I have changed my 1 star to 5 stars because trulieve has got it together again. As always, the staff have been great. It seems better management is in place and has this place rocking and rolling. Great job trulieve and thank you to all the Budtenders! Much love

Cheyenne was extremely helpful, patient, and polite. She took her time to explain everything clearly and truly knew what she was talking about. Her professionalism and positive attitude made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. I really appreciate her excellent service and highly recommend her to anyone who wants to work with someone knowledgeable and genuinely caring.
