Everyone at the Largo location is very helpful and are able to answer any questions I have. They greet me by name and make me feel welcome. Shout out to Craig, for always having a warm, friendly smile for me.
Benton seemed to imply that he was not going to return my identification until I turned down the music playing on my phone in an empty lobby blasting music already over the speakers, please retrain him. I went to the trulieve by US 19 played my music and had no issues with their highly trained staff do recommend!
Walked into the store with no line or queue. There was no employee in the front room. I was then screamed at while I was getting my license out. I didn't realize they were screaming at me. After waiting my turn like any normal day. I get to the tender. I ask for their names and I was told they were not going to give me their names. I asked why, they told me it was company policy. I was then told that they could kick me out. I told them no. I am leaving and never coming back.
I want to truelieve today and I had the best service ever. I highly recommend relief over other stores. I've tried others and I find myself going back to truelieve. They have a variety of products which makes it easier to shop. Try them out!
I have been a trulive customer since they opened. They have always had good quality products and great employees. My favorite location is the Largo location because they greet me as if I am part of their family and they always take their time,and answer any questions that I may have about medications. Finally, they always have really good swag.giveaways, and their grand openings are amazing.
