Don’t waste your time. Terrible customer service. I walked in at 8:35, 10 minutes before they closed. There were already 5 people standing in line waiting and within 2 minutes another 5 people behind me. They had two employees, one a manager. Everyone was checked in and then the manager is just standing there laughing at text messages. I asked how late they could serve everyone and he said 8:59 and they’re working fast to get everyone in. So then I asked why he was standing there doing nothing, since three registers were available and only one employee is helping. He stated the registers were closed. Long story short, I sat there for 25 minutes with only 5 people in front of me, while staring at a manager doing nothing and an employee moving with no sense of urgency, just to be told they were closed now. Needless to say, myself and five other people were all very upset with him for wasting our time. Worst part, no real apology, no empathy, just cold and carelessness from the giant tall man with long black hair.

My son says the product is pleasing, BUT ONLINE ORDERING has to improve because there is no point of ordering beforehand and still having to wait in the line queue when you get there for an order, that says is ready. Also the email notification for a ready order doesn’t even come in on time Or at all for that matter.

First time experience was good everybody was nice product was good second time felt rushed and ended up with something called tropical z which I really didn't even go in for I went in for something else and it was really perfume taste and I did not last very long at all we'll go back though hopefully it was just a one-time thing
