Customer services was beyond prejudiced. A simple patient request turned into a patient being judged ignored and talked about after being told to wait to be attended. The crew definitely needs a prompt revamp as to how to care for patients regardless of looks. Definitely not a stop while traveling.

I’m writing to formally report a very disappointing experience at your Florida Kissimmee west location today. I have been to many dispensaries across the state, and this was hands down the worst customer service I have ever received. Every employee I interacted with was great except for one individual named Joseph (slim build, tattoo of a “;” on his neck). He was supposed to assist me with a return of concentrates that were unused and purchased in error. Instead, he spoke down to me, gave me a hard time, and ultimately refused to process the return without justification. The way I was treated was disrespectful and unprofessional. I was made to feel like I was doing something wrong, despite following policy and simply requesting help with a return. This is not how customers should ever be spoken to especially at a dispensary where professionalism and trust matter. What makes this even more frustrating is that I spent over $300 in the store today. I am not a small or occasional shopper, and being treated this way after supporting your business is unacceptable. Because of this interaction, I am genuinely disappointed and do not plan on returning unless this issue is addressed. I wanted to bring this directly to management because this is the kind of experience that pushes loyal customers away. I hope this is taken seriously and that appropriate action or retraining is considered. No customer should leave feeling disrespected the way I did. Thank you for your hearing me out

Worst dispensary in Orlando , the bud tender with face tattoos was speaking about her private life and private parts to another customer in another lane while I was trying to order.I don’t believe in doing things like this and still having a job is ok so I’m writing here cause nothing was ever done to help me. I contacted the manager who didn’t do anything about it because the next time I went in she said I wouldn’t have to deal with her again and I did. It’s sad they don’t care and they are very unprofessional at this location. Patients please be weary of a heavyset heavily tattooed (even face tattoos) white woman who has no class or professional decorum. Ask for another budtender if u feel uncomfortable don’t be discouraged

You could build a dispensary in my attic and I'd still come here. The store itself is great, but the staff here are beyond exceptional! If I ever have a question, they have an educated answer. They're always helping me on deals and show me promotions that work for me since they're used to me. Shout-out to Wayne, Joseph, Johnathan, Alexis, Christopher, Ivette, Sam. They are genuinely chill and friendly, not like the robotic customer service attitude you get everywhere else. Whatever they get paid, it's not enough!

This Store closes before the time is is suppose to, like this is not medication. But bar will stay 20min after to let people consume. That seems right !? The place has a reputation of treating people like trash and the lines are 1 hr long. That is obsurd
