The people that work here are very, very kind, very helpful & give me all the information I need regarding a product I want to try. In my experience, this establishment has the best assortment of edibles for indica. Their prices are very affordable & they give great discounts for Vets & seniors. This is the only dispensary that I use.

I used to go to this location back when it was VidaCann, then I stopped for a while. When it switched over to Planet 13, I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect coming back. I was a little nervous walking in after such a long time away but I was pleasantly surprised in the best way. The whole vibe still feels like VidaCann in the ways that mattered: super friendly employees, calm atmosphere, and the same solid products I used to love. The vapes are still just as good, so I am happy the quality stayed consistent. Huge shoutout to Chris and Alex (?, he had long curly hair!) for helping me on my first purchase back. They were unbelievably nice, patient, and made everything really easy. They definitely care about helping patients get what they need! Plus, the first time discounts were great, and honestly it seems like they always have good deals going on, which I appreciate. Overall, I’m really glad I decided to go back. The customer service is still awesome, the products are great, and I left feeling way more comfortable and happy than I expected. Thanks again to the team (especially Chris and Alex) for such a good experience!

New to area and came to check this one out. I was very impressed with quality and prices for the goods. They have a new patient promotion 50% sweet deal. I appreciated my budtender explaining to me and I didn’t feel rushed like other places. Chris was my budtender I had to revise my review.

Regular shopper went in for a specific distillate vape deal. Soon after I got my items ordered and walked out I realized I was given syringes instead of vapes went back in to get it sorted was told I could not use the stackable discounts I used for that previous order, and I noticed they used my points for an rso syringe I wanted to purchase. The staff is generally friendly but it's beyond me that I would be punished like that for a clerical error of the staff and has me thinking i will not spend another dime there.
