Planet 13 Neighborhood Dispensary Jacksonville-Roosevelt

Meh. I can't speak to the flower, all I got were some carts there. I was in Jax so I thought id check them out. They were very nice & helpful, & it was easy to set up a profile, but.... It was way overpriced, at least on carts & concentrates, & the quality was... not the best. Very harsh & low potency for the high price. Sorry P-13... I try to leave kind reviews everywhere: I'm just telling the truth here.

Terrific Jacksonville dispensary! Good sales and prices, decent selection, great quality. Great staff too; Cindy is particularly helpful! One of my favorite dispos.

Planet 13 Cannibals Shop is top-notch. Isaac and Josh provided outstanding customer service—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They took the time to answer questions, made the experience easy and welcoming, and clearly care about doing a great job. The shop is clean, well-organized, and run by a great team. Highly recommend stopping by and asking for Isaac or Josh!

One of my favorite locations - entire staff is warm, friendly while being professional, & just overall great vibes to be around while purchasing quality flower. Great deals around the 13th of every month, my go-to dispensary is Planet 13 on Roosevelt.

I'm writing a review for John Haye because he doesn't see well but he was so disappointed with the way he was treated that he asked that I share it for him, especially since I am the one that drove him to the Roosevelt location of Planet 13. John placed an order on Saturday evening for Sunday. He wasnt sure if they would honor the price of his order when he placed it on Saturday evening or if it would be changed because Sunday had different discounts, so he decided to call and check before he went to the store. He talked to Cindy and she assured him that they would honor Saturday's sales price so he went about his business. He got there at 11am and asked for Cindy to assure everything would work out. Cindy went about ringing him up and she said nothing about there being any issue. John handed her a hundred dollar bill but when the change came it was a considerable amount less than he expected. It was $24 more than it was supposed to be. He questioned it but she didn't give him a straight answer so basically he ended up eating that $24 because he was lied to. John said he would have understood had she told him that when he called on Saturday morning but nothing was said. He said he never received an apology or an explanation either. John's a better man than me because I would have made a scene but he's a nonconfrontational person. He's also a disabled senior citizen. Is this how we treat our disabled seniors now??? John's not happy and I don't think he'll be going back to Planet 13 in the future. Between this and the amount of time it takes them to restock their inventory, I won't be going back either. If I was you, I would think long and hard before going to this dispensary. *Update*- I would like to give credit where credit is do. Planet 13 and Cindy made good with John. They not only apologized for the miscommunication but they also hooked him up for his troubles. He's very thankful and holds no resentment. He said, "We're all human". So, thank you Planet 13 and Cindy. Your integrity is highly appreciated 🙏🏻
