Very pleasant atmosphere and helpful associates, great deals and quality products! This is gonna be my go to dispo now!!

Hands down, one of the best and most affordable dispensaries in the city. You'll always catch a great deal and the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. One time I asked for a specific strain and they said they sold out so no worries, I got something else and as I was heading to my car, one of the young ladies that works there ran out and apologized and said that they actually did have the strain after they looked one more time and she wanted to make sure I knew it was available. I thought that was really kind of her and after that, Green Dragon became my main dispensary. Quality is always great and the prerolls are perfect every time. The pens are top quality, and I don't come across too many that get clogged up. They are easy on the wallet as well, with a really great sale or a scratch off coupon. I mean $9 for a 3.5 is wild! 😂 Again though, the staff is what makes this place great. They are all friendly, knowledgeable, they remember you by name and they go above and beyond.

This store has incredible budtenders! Prices are the lowest in Jacksonville. It's truly a nice clean dispensary. Easy to get to. They have everything at prices lower than everyone else. I go here for the products and the prices. The staff however makes it an amazing place to go and shop.

I recently visited the Green Dragon dispensary at Baymeadows with my spouse to resolve an issue with their referral program. The promotion stated that both the referrer and the friend would receive $40 off. My spouse received her code, but I never did. One of the budtenders, Sentri (might be their name), was very kind and genuinely tried to help us figure out why I didn’t receive the referral code. Unfortunately, when they brought the issue to their manager, a person with short purple hair and glasses who claimed to be the district manager, things went downhill. Instead of attempting to troubleshoot or show any willingness to help, the manager immediately dismissed the issue, stating there was “nothing they could do” and that we would have to wait several days for IT to confirm if I even had a code in the first place. Their tone was extremely dismissive, and completely lacking in empathy or concern. We even explained that when my spouse went to the Green Dragon on 103rd, they had a similar issue but resolved it by manually entering the discount. The district manager wouldn’t even consider this and made no effort to offer an apology, or provide any form of customer service. As someone who has patronized dispensaries for years, my first experience with this dispensary was by far my worst experience. Things happen, I understand that. And how they’re handled is absolutely what matters the most. Being brushed off and treated as though I was being dishonest for trying to claim a legitimate promotion is unacceptable. Green Dragon should seriously consider retraining their management on basic customer care and problem-solving.

Pat was awesome and hooked me up with every single deal they had. I will definitely be back because it's really close to my work and very convenient. I hope the bud is really good. I'll update you.
