I always love coming to this ayr. The staff here is all fantastically helpful and they are quick to fill orders. Kate helped me today and she was so kind !

Staff are all very friendly and make great conversations, but please make sure you're paying attention to the labels of your products. I've come home too many times now to find that the labels on my concentrates are all mixed up and on the wrong containers. It's not just one budtender either, it's a problem with all of them. They print the label and slap it on without checking to make sure they're matching up the correct label with the correct product.

I live on the west side of Jacksonville. I drove to Philips Hwy because they had a better variety of concentrates on this particular day. I normally shop at the Orange Park location and I love that store and the workers. At the Philips Hwy location the workers are just as friendly. Ray, helped me stock up on some really awesome live badder and live diamonds. Great service, couldn't ask for a better guide. Date: 2/13/2026

Thank you for a friendly, and educational visit, consistently. I am always greeted as soon as I enter, even when staff members are busy. They answer questions in detail, and are very helpful in suggesting products that work for me, and in helping me to avoid those that do not. They are great at suggesting specials that I might not know about. When I visit with another patient to pick up their order, they will always ask if I need anything, if I placed an order, or if I have any questions. All staff members have shown genuine interest in being excellent communicators in their position. Many patients have little knowledge of mm when they walk in a dispensary the first time and the staff at the Phillips hwy location have always seemed very helpful and great at putting others at ease who might be new to mm dispensaries and to those who are not. Thank you again. Product is always excellent and reasonably priced, especially with the sales they have almost daily. All in all my favorite AYR location. Seems like great management going on here.
