Nate is the finest example of excellence in customer service. Beyond being exceptionally knowledgeable in his area of expertise, he also makes you feel at home. I never feel rushed with him, and if I don’t understand something he explains it in a different way until he feels comfortable that I understand his explanation. He is proud of the service he provides and it shows in the manner he treats each and every patient. The outstanding service he provides can be observed even with other patients. As I stand in line I can tell he gives each and every patient his undivided attention. Nate is an essential asset to your company!

I have been shopping at MUV since they opened. It is my only go to store my daughter offered while I was on vacation to pay for me to get some flower from jungle boys to try, but I said no because MUV has been my go to since day one. I was on vacation and I saw a flower strain that I have never had before Zqueeze I hope I spelled that right, but I was excited because of the terpene profile. When I got back from vacation and opened my bag today, it is essence and I know the difference between essence and savvy I felt like that store was taking the good Buds and replacing them with savvy nugs because I have never gotten an essence bag that had savvy flower in it in all the five years I have been going to your company. I was very disappointed and thought that there should not be a difference between stores across the board. They should all be the same. This is the first time in my life that you buy something and you look at the picture it has beautiful big buds and you get tiny little nugs so tiny that I didn’t even think it was a 3.5. I’m sharing this because in my thoughts being a past business owner in this business myself, I feel like somebody’s switching The essence buds for the savvy nugs At that locationAnd I know they’re gonna say that there’s cameras everywhere and they wouldn’t do that And sometimes buds grow small but this below is the bag that I got I took a joint out of it and I poured it out, but this is exactly how small every single NUG was in my bag. I don’t know what they’re doing in Broward County, but here in Brevard County. I have never seen any essence buds look like savvy nugs ever.

always have a selection and a good variety. the staff here is great especially Nate really they're all wonderful but Nate was my first date. probably the thing that makes this dispensary the best compared to the rest is when you get a half ounce or an ounce you're actually getting a half or ounce in one bag

I was pleasantly surprised after entering the dispensary. I thought I knew a thing or two about weed... after all, I am a seasoned Hippie from the 60's. I'm happy to say I, Nate provided additional education for me and I am grateful. He was kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. FYI you CAN teach an old dog new tricks! It was a fun time and I will happily return. "Rell"

Aaliyah was great. Very welcoming and knowledgeable. Easy to talk to and informative. Made my first time visiting Muv a good first impression. I’d come back just to see her and make a purchase lol
