My first visit was about two weeks ago and thank goodness Chase was there!! He explained so much and knew what I needed without me having to say anything!! Trulieve I hope you know how wonderful of an employee you have. It’s hard to find people like him!!
There are several Trulieve locations in our area but I choose this location because JC makes the experience that much better. All of the employees are great but JC exceeds all expectations every time.
JC helped me when I came in today! He was quick, friendly, and had a great energy! The staff at this location in particular are always great!

She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure every visit is smooth, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. My wife showed up at 7:52pm, and was turned away saying they didn’t have time to help her. Yet, multiple times I’ve shown up at 7:59pm on a Sunday night without issue. Turning patients away from their medication so that your staff can go home early is unacceptable and not the way to treat valued customers. What a disappointment.
