I love this location, even more when Frankie is working! He is always so on point to make!!! He runs down the specials with me and since I’m disabled, he takes their time to go over everything slowly. He really puts attention to detail when it comes to Customer Service. I would say In general, the staff there is Amazing.
To be fair mistakes happen and they do have good products. They either didn’t understand their own discounting or they lied on the phone about it. The “offer” is a discount of $75 on product when you renew your marijuana card with the state of florida. However, they don’t allow you to use it because every product is already discounted online which meant, according to the person I dealt with: in order to use the discount they have to charge you full price for the product. So you’re already discounted product of $12.50 off has to now be $25. So it “makes no sense to use it”. Its complete baloney! I placed my order and then spoke to someone on the phone who explained the discount could be used and they also reviewed my order. As a result, I didn’t bring enough cash so had to use my debit card and pay an extra $3 fee for the pleasure. We are over Trulieve. Once I redeem this offer, it will be my last visit to Trulieve. Screw you Trulieve.
Went in yesterday for my first time. Such a wonderful place. It was very quick and the customer service was amazing, informative, and fun.... The selection of the products purchased was of the best quality and the overall discount was beyond what I was expecting.... Such a wonderful experience and can't wait to go back: even if it's just for the education..... Was in and out in less than half an hour and was able to get the items I needed and more...... I would just like to thank all of the wonderful people working there whome assisted me and hope to get a job there one day......
