Boy trulieve really does suck, horrible customer service, shitty products, never going to their locations again. The people working in the cutler bay location or any location don’t care if you get your medication or not. they are slow rude and make it seem like they are doing you a favor by serving you. thank you for confirming that your brand, service, and products suck. never coming back to any of their locations again. ill stick to any other dispensary in FL for marijuana.
Trulieve never disappoints! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The team was super friendly and explained everything clearly. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and even gave helpful suggestions. Great customer service and a great atmosphere!

Jeff tre and ivone rock they always take care of me when I come into the store even when the deals aren’t ready, they let me know what’s up. Yvonne always has the best recommendations. Jeff always has the best deals I come from all the way from Homestead.
Worst place to shop unless your desperate. There are other locations that may be better than Cutler Bay but i cant say. I do know that there are other local companies who are well trained and knowledgeable. All other shops treat you much better and provide better level of service.Trulieve feels generic and reminds me of a goverment wellfare office experience. They are cheap and continuously change their rules and policies whenever its convinient. Stuff is not trained well at all.
