I always have a wonderful experience at this establishment. The staff continue to go above and beyond to make sure all questions are answered and needs are met. Oli was the receptionist for my visit, it was EXQUISITE! I was able to pick up some fire flowers recommended to me by Jacob, who is cool as ICE 🧊. This is the best fluent in central Florida. Service plus stock availability is KEY 🔑
Everyone who works here is amazing, my issue is with the company itself with its new rewards system. Before, it used to be $20 off for every 200 points, $10 for 100 points, $1 off for 10 points ect. Now they want 800 points for $20 off, 2000 for $50, and 4000 for $100. Then comes the tier system which promises more points per order (1,2,3x) depending on the tier. you’ve quadrupled everything under the guise of a new point system and to be honest i loved the older one more. I just wanted to point this out as a older customer, if you are one to spend a lot of money then the tier system would be great for you, given premier gives you x2 the points and platinum 3x.
I truly enjoy going to this location. Not only is it conveniently located, but the staff is always kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely looks out for the consumer. They consistently offer great deals and recommend amazing products. You can tell they have a strong team that works together in unison, and the products are always beautiful and top-notch. It is always a pleasure doing business here. Thank you for being so consistent and absolutely incredible.
