Planet 13 Neighborhood Dispensary Cape Coral

I’m so happy I found Planet 13. They have great prices & products, Wednesdays are senior days, and the staff is more than accommodating and gracious. Today Leena took care of me. Great service!

I have recently retired and iam new to the Dispensary experience. Only having a card for 2weeks. At the Cape Coral Store Mark was my bud tender. He instantly made me conformable Mark explained how the Dispensary world operates. Mark retrieved my order and we completed the sale. Mark took the time to explain the different discounts ans special days. Inversely I left my phone at marks station. When I got home and realized I left my phone there. I Emailed and asked if they had found my phone. In the meantime time I called the store Mark awnsered and said he had my phone. I went and retrieved it. When I hot home someone from the main office noticed I had sent the store an email and wanted to let me know they had my phone. I will be a long time patient. I have never experienced this kind of customer service in any retail environment. Great Job!

What can I say about this place. First of all I’m learning about the cannabis that can help me with my chronic back pain planet 13 helped me with that development and understanding of what I need to help me so I’d like to give a big shout out to Melanie she was awesome very polite and professional. I thank you for that. I’ll see you on my next visit. You guys are a blessing. Peace.

First time walking in this dispensary. And wow their deals are so amazing!! Definitely going to be coming back for more. Melanie was absolutely phenomenal, great personality and such good vibes

I brought my cousin in for his first time today. He was told about the Florida owned and operated from seed to sale model of the company and how it's grown over the years; Also, it's Partnerships with some major major industry leaders. Staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and quick. Store was clean, organized, inviting. Parking in the back is more convenient than parking out front unless you're handicap. Well lit, displays and custom messages are well organized. Wasn't busy for a Saturday evening, about an hour before closing. I would recommend this dispensary for the following reasons: 1) friendly staff 2)knowledgeable staff 3) availability of product 4) cleanliness of the store 5) the Floridians for Florida mindset helping break the stigma about cannabis use (100 years from now people will be laughing about). Downsides to this location: 1) parking can be an issue on busy nights.
