About FLUENT Cannabis Dispensary - Cape Coral

Reviewers describe the interior as clean and chill, with budtenders like Michelle and Chas getting specific praise for patience with first-time visitors and answering questions thoroughly. This was my first visit at this location. Place is clean and very chill. Michelle was very professional and patient. She made me feel welcomed to ask as many questions as I wanted. The product I purchased was exactly what I was looking for. Definitely my new Cannabis shop!!

Zero Stars - Fluent Dispensary is Ripping Off Patients I feel compelled to warn other medical marijuana patients about the absolutely unacceptable experience I had at Fluent dispensary. As someone who relies on medical cannabis for legitimate health reasons, discovering that this dispensary is systematically short-changing patients has left me furious and deeply disappointed. The nightmare began when I noticed something seemed off with their product weights. Any informed patient knows basic cannabis measurements - an eighth is 3.5 grams, which converts to 0.123 ounces. This is fundamental knowledge for anyone with a medical card. However, Fluent has mysteriously decided that an eighth equals 0.125 ounces, which translates to them giving you LESS product than you're paying for. This isn't a minor rounding error - it's deliberate theft from sick patients who trust them. When I politely confronted the staff about this discrepancy, their response was nothing short of appalling. The budtender immediately became defensive and dismissive, acting as if I was bothering them by questioning their shady practices. Their attitude shifted from fake-friendly to downright hostile the moment I mentioned the weight issue. Rather than addressing my legitimate concerns, they talked down to me like I was an idiot who didn't understand basic math. The manager was even worse - completely unprofessional and condescending. Instead of acknowledging the problem, they doubled down with some nonsense excuse about "industry standards" and acted like I was being unreasonable for expecting to receive the full amount of medicine I paid for. The level of disrespect shown to a medical patient questioning being shorted on their medication was staggering. What's particularly disgusting is that this isn't an accident - it's calculated. By shaving off that tiny amount from every transaction, they're stealing fractions of grams from every patient. Multiply that by hundreds of patients daily, and they're making significant profits by literally taking medicine from sick people. The staff's combination of ignorance and arrogance when confronted with basic facts was infuriating. They acted like they were doing me a favor by selling me medicine at all, rather than providing a medical service that patients depend on. Their dismissive attitude and refusal to acknowledge legitimate concerns about being shorted shows they care more about their bottom line than patient wellbeing. I wouldn't recommend Fluent to my worst enemy. They're not just overcharging - they're stealing from vulnerable medical patients who rely on cannabis for relief. The staff's rude, unprofessional behavior when questioned about their shady practices proves they know exactly what they're doing. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy being disrespected and shortchanged on your medication.

I was pleasantly surprised when I visited fluent recently. Everyone is so knowledgeable and that’s a good feeling when you really don’t know much about what you’re getting. I was helped by Jennifer, who was an absolute doll. I think I found my new place to go.
