The sales consultant "Ryan" was extremely rude, he allowed one of his friends to skip me in line right after I ordered and then had an attitude when I asked him why did he let him go in front of me when I'm clearly doing a transaction I will never shop here again! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!
The shop was very clean. It was my first time, and Anna was very helpful! She has a great smile and was patient. Great product and staff! I'll be back soon!
One of the worst places usually their pretty good but for some reason today they were quite rude and disrespectful I made a order and came to pick it up just for them to not give me my product nor my money after I paid for it. They said it was a system issue but it's not hard to see I've paid and their systems aren't my issue. Totally unacceptable and will let my other people that come here now about the treatment.
My first time there and Heather was a huge help. Very nice, very friendly and had great information. A big help in explaining all the products. Will be back again!

I came in just before close and he was able to pinpoint strains for exactly what I needed and was really knowledgeable about different terpenes and minor differences between strains.
