DO NOT SHOP IN THIS STORE! These people are scammers and I will be reaching out to Aventura mall management to report them. I went to buy a perfume that is $189 the lady took the used tester off the shelf and went in the back then coming out with it in a bag. I asked her if it’s a new bottle. She replied with yes of course but the box was open. I made a mistake and paid for it believing her for a minute. I looked back on the shelf and she did not put the tester back out there because she sold me the tester and it was already in my bag and paid for. I asked her to bring the tester back out if she gave me a new one. She went in the back once again and didn’t come out for like 10 minutes and came out without it because once again she sold it to me! I told the other guy that works there the issue and I asked him for a refund and he said their store policy is no refunds. I said I don’t care! Refund me now! Is it also a store policy to lie and scam people?! What a nerve! I am not done with them! I will make sure these scammers are done.

Avoid this store at all costs! I recently visited this place expecting fair prices, but instead, I was completely misled and overcharged—five times the normal price! The staff was deceptive, and it’s clear they prey on customers who don’t realize they’re being scammed until it’s too late. This kind of dishonest business practice is unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and take your money elsewhere to a store that actually values its customers. Be warned—this store is a complete scam! They charge five times the normal price for merchandise while using deceptive and misleading tactics to trick customers. I experienced this firsthand and was shocked at their dishonesty. It’s clear they have no interest in fair business, only in overcharging unsuspecting buyers. Avoid this place at all costs and take your money somewhere that actually values its customers. I purchase the Better Sex Gummies. They charged $50 for a pack of 2 gummies. I got home and noticed the price, checked the BetterSexGummies store and they sell for $9.99. Never again! AVOID this store, this is probably why they have two Google sites since other comments are exposing them as well.

I had an amazing experience with the products that Roman showed us. Amazing quality of products. Roman was beyond amazing and attentive. Great customer service. We should have more people like him in this industry. You’re in great hands. You won’t regret it. We love Pnina’s product.

All those who got scammed actually wanted to write their experience at 'CBD Essentials Miami,' located on the 2nd floor next to Auntie Anne's. I had an absolutely ridiculous experience too.(They weren't even listed on google before, now they are.) The salesperson/store manager overcharged me $55 and labeled the item as a 'customized item' on the receipt although it was just off the shelf. *Lastly, she tipped herself*. Wth? Be very careful with their scamming activity at 'CBD Essentials Miami'. I will use Go green CBD next time.
