typically nice staff and easy process. They have good flower, but don’t touch their carts. gas station carts make me less anxious than these and there is hardly any information about them online, so not really sure what i’m smoking. Even their “live carts” make me anxious and just don’t feel that good. Not to mention the prices are pretty crazy compared to other vaporizers. Their battery also sucks. Stick to pre rolls or flower. I really enjoy the pre-rolls.
Just had the worst customer service experience in my life today here. I returned an empty joint paper where the weed flew totally out when I tried to smoke it. It is not the first time this has happened. The manager Andrew insinuated I had done it in purpose- it “was impossible according to the law of physics “ for that to happen. I don’t appreciate being called a thief by a place I have done business with for three years. Then as I was walking away the girl who waited on me yelled “Don’t snatch from me!” I said what? She said “don’t snatch - I don’t deserve it!” These people are profoundly stupid. They inspired my little chat with the state about selling defective products. They lost my business, my friend’s business, and everyone who will read my posts on every social media site I can find. Idiots.
