Shangri-La Cannabis Adult Use Retailer

Loved my visit here. The environment was so calm and welcoming. I can't wait for my next visit

I just had my first visit at Shangri-La in Waterbury! Wow!! What an awesome place with an amazing menu offering more variety then I've seen in a long time. As a frequent visitor to multiple different dispensaries, I can safely say Shangri-La is the best dispensary I've visited within CT. No other dispensary can compare to the variety and discounts that Shangri-La offers. Additionally, the staff informed me that they have a daily "Happy Hour", everyday between 1:00 - 3:00 p.m., where THC products of all different types are sold at discounted rates of up to 40-45% off! They have a little blackboard inside the dispensary where the daily specials are listed and they change every day. I didn't really allow myself to look around too much at the other, various items they had for sale (i.e. glass pieces, drinks, clothing, etc.) because I did enough damage with my pre-order LOL, but I looked long enough to know that Shangri-La also has a bunch of very cool, miscellaneous items as well. The dispensary isn't far from town, maybe 1/3 of a mile, it's location is a bit more private and chill, away from the hustle and bustle of the town, which I also really liked. There's plenty of parking in the rear and side of the building. I've already told the staff that they are going to start seeing me all the time, because I have found my new dispensary!!

Great prices and even better service. Sammy, our bud tender, was very kind, conversational, and funny. Made our experience stand out and was very helpful! Great products as well!

My favorite CT dispo yet. Every single staff member is so welcoming and kind and always with a smile. The general manager, Jeff, is amazing 10/10. I actually refrained from writing a review because I didn't want people to know how great it was :')

I don't understand the reviews, people must be getting free product or some incentive. I really wonder how they are "hooking up" some people like the reviews say lol. This dispensary is one of the most stale one's i've been to. Every time I walk in it just feels like a hospital. No music. Everyone's mood is just very...Waterbury like. On top of that, even with CT's socialized cannabis laws, this dispensary will always have higher prices than any others, for the same exact products. On top of that, they wouldn't let me use my 15% discount for the canned goods on their happy hour 1/8th "deals". No offense to the humans here, it really starts with the State and they are the true bad ones here. However at the least make the spot more fun to be in.
