Wonderful dispensary !!! Prices are amazing, discounts are always available, loyalty program is unmatched and the staff are the kindest people I've met. They truly become like your friend, remember you by name and really make it a special experience every time. I really enjoy this place. It's atmosphere is very warm and inviting. This places website NEVER works... takes like 30 min just to order anythin and it still wont go thru .. i have been trying since last night and it still wont work this morning either... and that past 4 tines i ordered it was the same issue... i would rather drive the 40 minutes to Massachusetts with MUCH better prices... like on Everything....Then half the time u gotta pull cash out anyway bc they cant use their register... i mesn its on brand for how poor trash and run doen totrington is... i guess it makes sense....Hopefully gets replaced with an establishment that actually uses all the money they earn ... to have something as simple as a functional website.. or a register that works.. so again I will be driving out to Massachusetts bc the garbage that they put into totrrington is a joke of a dispensary

Normally I love everyone there, but today was different! I preordered as I always do because I’m there every other day, neither there or there… so I go in excited because I thought I was getting a deal on a gram vape today. No surprise they always have great deals and with the points I accumulate it’s a win! So as the old gentleman with the salt and pepper hair begins to ring me out he says my order (pics to come) I say wait that ones a gram not .5 vape. He says on no wait one min and the manger comes in and was like no I’m it’s not right I’m sorry, do you still want it I said yeah it’s fine I was annoyed (pics to come as well) manger ended up giving me a discount thank you but I told him he didn’t have to. So as I cash out with the old gentleman I say to him well all I hope is that you guys get the online same as store in case someone else orders it thinking the same thing. The old gentleman so smudge says well Michelle (as If we are friends) you going to hold us to every little thing?? Excuse me he continues to say well don’t you think it was too good to be true, I reply ummm nooo I get great deals here allllllll the time ! He then proceeded to continue to be rude as I snatched my order out of his he he’s screaming bye Michelle bye bye! I stop in front area to the nice young girl mins you at 9 am to call up manger because I felt disgusted that this old man is speaking to me in such a manner! Manger comes out I tell him he owes me an apology, this old head comes out and in my face says what can I do for you. Huh.. yeah ok buddy. I will never go there when he is there. I have never as women been so disrespect by someone for no reason.
