Fine Fettle in Waterbury is always a lovely experience! Everyone is so friendly and helpful… from bubbly sweet Mirelys who greets you at the door to all of the wonderful people taking care of you behind the counter. Also, there are always specials and opportunities to saaaaaaaave $$$!!
Love this place. Especially since the Wtby location started with Medical. They called me to let me know that my med card was expired and so was my compassionate care discount. When I arrived to pick up my order, Mirelys already had the paperwork waiting for me. She is also super sweet and has a great front desk personality!
I have been there numerous times. The Staff is fantastic! Delaney was fabulous- she had great recommendations & was filled with knowledge! She explained the discounts & future points. I am Now a Regular! Thanks so much for being a safe space & treating everyone with respect!
Mirelys and Amira did THE MOST for me this morning 🔥 they are amazing, everyone there is awesome I’ve been here twice now why go anywhere else. Last time I got Kush Mints and this time White Hot Guava. Both so fire. The White Hot Guava was a budget choice yet hit so hard I actually locked myself out on the second floor porch and had to drop my keys down to a neighbor five stars. Five. Stars.
Trish the General Manager, was extremely helpful and professional. The store was clean and smelled fresh, you can tell she takes real pride in the store and her team. She was training a new associate, and her patience and approach stood out! She also recommended some great products. I’ll definitely be coming back with friends and family!
