Crisp Cannabis

I've been to a handful of dispensaries. None of which actually take the time to go over the different strand and what they're blended with. Having a conversation about which strand they've tried and what they like best. It was definitely a new experience and a pleasant one. I'm excited to go back. They're very helpful and pleasant. I suggest this place for anyone newer to legal purchasing. The vibe is definitely friendly laid back but professional.

First visit to Crisp. I’ve been to all cannabis stores in CT and have enjoyed most states recreational cannabis and experienced their process. Crisp has been one of the best, especially for customer service and ease of access. They provide pay ahead, and have a drive-thru window so you can get in-and-out quick. Lauren was great at the window, explained all discounts and even threw in a deal on something for a penny. I will be coming back, and you should too. Thanks again team @ Crisp East Hartford.

I came in today feeling hesitant, but Lauren completely changed that for me. She went above and beyond to make sure I received exactly what I was looking for and did so with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. She showed me the menu, asking caring questions to ensure that I walked out with exactly what I wanted. What really stood out was her attention to detail and how well she knows both the products and the customers. She was greeting people by name, which says a lot about the relationships she builds and the pride she takes in representing Crisp. Her demeanor made me feel respected, heard, and valued as a customer. Lauren is a true asset to the East Hartford location, and because of her, I left feeling confident and appreciated. The staff was on point from the person greeting people at the door, to the cashiers behind the counter ! Thank you for turning my experience around!! Highly recommend this location!

Such an awesome team of people working there! Friendly, informative, and will help you find the best deals. I was set on $28 for 3.5 but Miss Brieanna helped me shop SMART and hooked me up!! This was my first time going to a dispo, I will be coming to this one for all my future purchases.
