You could tell that Dalen was new and but definitely have a can do and a learning attitude. Was pleasant and customer friendly. And when wasn't sure about something he asked my usual teller who knows my order by heart and she was super happy to help and answer any questions he had. I'd say makes a great new fit. 🤗

I use to love Sugarloaf! Tanya used to be nice But her being so sick that she can barely walk and looks so miserable that she takes it out on the customers. But on August 17th I wasn't doing the best as I am Disabled on Oxygen and I have to use a walker my son walks me in holding my oxygen for me and he forgot his ID so he said I'll just wait for you I bought my gummies and we left I go in there two days later and Marie goes hold on a second there was something wrong with my order from the other day but no it was to get Tanya to come out and talked to me about my son waiting in the lounge nothing to do with my order. I didn't do anything wrong and she should of talked to my son not me he shops there to. Then the other day I go in there and she has straight negative attitude towards me they had my product I get and I usually buy them and she used to hold them for me but she told me I can only hold them for a day and I said what no FAVOURITISM and she got really mad and said She doesn't to that and that there is Cameras and I was like good so they can hear everything we talk about. She tried to say that her employees came in and talk to me that same day about my son waiting for me. NO they didn't I told her and pointed to the cameras to check them and she kept arguing about it and then says I can't waist my breath on you then we left. We go the other day and she took my ID and then points and says we need to shop next door and she did it while someone was in there. She kept saying that it is her store like she owns it. So what does FAVORITISM mean Well she use to do so many favors for me she even used her reward's point to get me a better price on some weed I got and she gave me her receipt that has her name and a crazy amount of points.
