Friendly bud tenders and honest about the products
Awkward experience. I go in to buy carts. Find out about new resin types. Guy says i get a discount if i get 8 so i pick 8 and then they think i snuck one in my pocket. Proceed to count all the carts in their inventory even though i said i didnt do it. Then i have to go and take out money after the awkward encounter. After all that i dont get any extra discount or anything for the awkward experience and i even took stuff out of my pocket and they made me feel as if maybe i did accidentally put it in my pocket but i was sure i didnt. The quality of the carts is good but i definitely wont be back. If they wouldve offered a better discount or something i wouldnt mind. And i wasnt about to beg for a better deal after that. I wanted to see if theyd feel bad for falsely accusing me and making up for it. Since they didnt i wont be going back there again. Im sure ill find cured resin carts elsewhere
Love this place it’s always my first stop when I come to trinidad. Excellent customer service, awesome prices, and overall a great atmosphere. Definitely check it out!
Everyone is friendly and helpful. Its a huge plus that they are pet friendly. My little Boston Terrier enjoyed being carried around the store.
