i drive from Brighton to this store because i’ve always loved all of the employees and fast service. However, i just went there, walked in, stood at counter for probably 4-5 min. another customer came in behind me when a guy finally comes out and says, sorry i need to clock in before i can help you. i’ve actually had this same guy before and he just has a weird demeanor and doesn’t seem at all knowledgeable nor is he friendly. i tried to purchase 6 chocolate bars as well and he got them all out then scanned and took two away saying my computer system won’t allow me to sell these other two. so, i had to get a different flavor? just weird. i’m considering trying some places closer to home. Believe his name is Rito, if my receipt is correct. the other employees have all been absolutely wonderful but this guy needs some training in good customer service.
UPDATE signing up for medical at this store is a pain in the ass... not only do I still have to show my medical card every time plus my paperwork plus my ID but I had to remind the budtender how to do basic math and apply my 25% discount. Had to redo the transaction three times No words are needed. This place is very helpful!
Jessica. Made. My. Day. You know when you’re having an incredibly bad day and everything is not working and you just need a little empathy and patience. That’s exactly what I got here at Nature’s Medicine a wonderful experience and great customer service when I needed it the most. From start to finish Jessica was helpful and kind, I feel incredibly lucky to have stumbled upon this place on maps after a real bad experience from a fellow medical shop nearby. I just moved here and between this amazing experience and the daily deals I won’t be shopping at any other places.
Love this place! Come here regularly and they always treat me and my partner wonderfully 🫶🏼 and of course their selection is incredible and their prices are great so good vibes all around!
Nothing wrong with the cannabis selection... it's the extremely rude counter help. They care more about their phones, gossip and eating than being attentive to customers. Three trips proved it and won't go back.
