Nature's Herbs and Wellness
About Nature's Herbs and Wellness
With nearly 2,000 reviews and a 4.5-star average, Nature's Herbs and Wellness on 27th Street in Garden City is one of the higher-volume cannabis stores serving the Greeley area. Garden City is the only town in this part of Weld County with retail cannabis, so this shop pulls customers from across the region. Hours run 8 AM to 9:50 PM every day, which fits well for shoppers driving in after work. The reviews paint a mixed but mostly positive picture: regulars have stuck around for years and praise the variety, while a number of recent reviewers have flagged frustrations with returns, faulty cartridges, and the way some promotions get enforced at the register. Staff response on coupon technicalities has caught a few customers off guard. That kind of feedback usually means worth-doing checks like keeping receipts and verifying coupon dates before walking in. For a deeper inventory in a single location and easy hours, this place still earns repeat visits from many regulars.

Im shocked at the inventory here at this location. Had to drive out of my way AGAIN. Because milliken cant keep a decent supply of rosin, you come here to Garden city no issues at all ever . What's the deal ? My bud tender today was amazon ty
Received some coupons in the mail only to be told they’re not valid “yet” when I showed up to the store. The promotion has an expiration date but nowhere does it have a start date. Wouldn’t have been that big of a deal if the employees would have at least been somewhat apologetic about it, but they just didn’t seem to care at all.
The business itself, along with the cleanliness, is great. However, the problem my wife and I seem to be having is the valid form of identification. We've recently moved to Colorado upon my retirement from the military and we'd shopped here before using either my wife's federal tribal identification or my military identification. However, we were turned away from entering today because they'd claimed that Colorado specifically doesn't accept those forms of identification. This is not true... the Code of Colorado Regulations regarding Marijuana Enforcement Division (1 CCR 212-3; B; 3 and 5). I understand that these may not be the traditional forms of identification, but they are valid forms and should be accepted. The manager had expressed that it was a Colorado specific regulation that required a state ID, which was NOT the case and was simple enough to look up (luckily, I'd just received that today, so I was able to complete my purchase). Although, now with having a valid state identification available, I shouldn't run into any further issues regarding these made-up rules. I just hope that future patrons will not go through this, and that the staff will become better informed on what constitutes a valid form of identification.
I went in one time and I'm absolutely not coming back. Around Christmas I bought an exquisite extracts dab kit, came with 4 2g's of resin and a terp pen for around $90. The pen quite working within 2 days, I took it apart and completely cleaned out the clogged wax, which was a lot somehow, let it dry and put it back together. It worked for 1 hit and now doesn't work at all. I called to ask if I can return it or exchange it for something else, the rude lady on the phone told me they only sometimes take returns if it's within 48 hours, and since it's been "so long" there's nothing they will do about it. I understand and would be fine if it was a cheap $10 battery, but terp pens alone are around $60 from what I've seen so now I have to take the big loss because they don't wanna do anything about it. I've heard such horrible things about the owners of high planes and nature's, how they're a bit racist and only care about their family, they make sure the employees know they're very easily replaceable. So I should have expected this and think the deal was too good to be true. Very much horrible customer service and no kind of empathy or care about their customers. -20/10, never have had this problem at any other dispensary.
honestly, I loved this place was a loyal customer for a few years. I got a faulty cart so the next day I bought a new battery to try it with and it still didn’t work so I gave them a call and asked if I would be able to exchange it or get a refund and they told me that would be fine as long as I had a receipt and I could bring it in the next day. at this point it had only been 24 hours but since she said to bring it in the next day, that is what I did. Then I go the next day to exchange it and they asked if it was in 24 hours that I had bought it and I told them no it wasn’t and that she had told me to bring it the next day so he went and asked his manager and the manager wouldn’t exchange it or anything. The fact that they were the reason i brought it in today and then told me I couldn’t exchange it after I waited 30 minutes in line to exchange it even though she said I could is why I will probably never be going back. I loved the prices here and the people are always super cool, informative, and nice but after this i’m probably gonna be shopping around elsewhere
