Go to SILVER STEM instead. Better prices, better rewards better products and people who pay attention. I asked the guy for a specific item. He grabbed what I thought was regular wax. It wasn't, it was a cart. He even showed me a jar of wax to show me what it looked like. They can't legally take back what they sold me, even though it wasn't what I asked for and i was shown a completely different. Then their manager had the audacity to ask if I wanted to but a battery for 5 dollars. No I want the product I was shown. On the day I was able to run to the dispensary, 3days after my birthday, I couldn't get my birthday joint. You know who gave me my birthday joint, silver stem. I'm not even going to bother with high plainz any more. Currently at silver stem to get what I actually asked for since high plainz can't figure it out. I am paying for their mess up but I will not be paying them for their mistake.

They offer "TWAX" 6 pack of joints .5 gram for $35. I ordered two. Yet when you pick up they are only 5 pack .3 gram. I didn't notice until I got home. Called let the manager on duty at 9:30am on Friday Feb 6th that I was expecting 12 joints per their web site, yet only got 10. She was as rude as could be. Said oh well that's how they are sensing them to us. To me it was not a big deal, just wanted what the website site said. She didn't care that thousands have been spent there. Yet now I will not be giving them another dollar. Any reputable place would just make it right if the falsy advertised something. NOT High Plainz Strains Dispensary.

Y'all I tried so hard to be ride or die for this dispensary. Today after receiving news that my dog is dying, I decided to snag a cart on the way home from the vet to care for him. I ordered online then went through the drive-thru and gave them my driver's license. They did not confirm my order with me so I didn't catch that I had ordered the wrong thing from their website (which is always glitchy- offering things in the wrong category or things that they don't have in stock.) Today, I was looking for a cartridge but accidently ordered a resin wax container that was mistakenly in the cartridge section of the website with no image connected to the listing. I didn't notice until I was about to leave the drive-thru at which time I tried to call somebody back but nobody came so I pulled around to the front and went inside to ask for an exchange. First they said they don't do exchanges in the drive through. Then they told me there was nothing they could do due to CO law even though it is unopened, I never left the premises, and in fact still had the change in my hand (minus the tip). So is it no exchanges in the drive through or none at all? For reference, I have exchanged at this location in the past when the same thing happened although it wasn't in the drive-thru. From what I read, it's up to the discretion of the dispensary to accept exchanges. I had hoped they would be more accommodating to a regular customer and a mistake that was due to a poorly organized site and lack of communication- especially when it forces me to purchase something I would never use otherwise. I've come here regularly since they opened, until I got my med card since they don't offer discounts, so now I only come by occasionally. They offered me a free battery, but that doesn't offset the cost of being stuck with something I won't use and out the additional cash I didn't have to spare. I guess you're standing 10 toes down on losing a customer of 3+ years over a $40 purchase. I recommend silver stem down the road. They're SO nice

Great experience.The staff is very friendly knowledgeable and helpful. The products are really good. Prices are nice bundle. Deal's our great and their prepacked flower is not shake like most places.10/10 for me 🙂🙂
