Miserable experience, continues going downhill... Employees keep changing, management is something else... Was going here for years they always used to honor any price that the website listed especially if it was an online pickup even if it was a mistake, but apparently they just stopped caring about customer service This has been obvious to me for a while other product continuously goes downhill and once again the employees are now just rude and don't care and have zero knowledge obviously... It's entertaining to me because if they would just check my account I'm sure I have spent more here than most of the people that they're treating excellent but me just saying won't you honor that because you always used to they all get pissed at me so of course I didn't put up with that and I can promise you I will not be returning here ever again... It's super hilarious to me because all the pot stores surrounding kind care are also aware how terrible kind care is and how it's going extremely downhill and talk about it frequently

The best part is the prices are "out-the-door" so I don't need to calculate tax to figure out if I'm getting a good deal. Pretty much always a good deal though, since their prices are fair, their product is great and their selection is vast. Kind staff and clean, chill atmosphere, too. Pretty tough to get in and out of the parking lot, but that's not their fault. Try to stop in while heading south.

Amazing dispensary with very friendly employees, was suggested this batch by an employee and am loving it. The buds smell great, aren’t dry and really show the quality of flower being grown by KindCare. The Buds I bought were the in house pre-pack Furious George and I am not disappointed. If you are looking for a dispensary with good deals, a point system, friendly staff that explain and don’t rush KindCare is the place to go.

Kind Care in Fort Collins is hands down one of the best dispensaries I’ve ever visited. The atmosphere is welcoming, the shop is clean and organized, and the product selection is top-notch. I especially want to mention Emily, who made my experience outstanding. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and friendly—she took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Emily really goes above and beyond to make customers feel comfortable and cared for, which makes the whole process so much easier. If you’re in the area and want great products paired with amazing customer service, Kind Care is the place to go. Emily and the team truly set the bar high!
