Josh is the best budtender I’ve ever met! He’s really friendly and knowledgeable. He was also the first person to mention all the points/rewards I’ve racked up. Definitely coming back just for his service!!

Bronte was my budtender and she did an excellent job reviewing the options with me and helping me decide what to choose. She also has a vibrant and outgoing personality that made my day a little better. 10/10 customer service!

Lexy walked me through all the setup and new changes, made the onboarding process super easy, and assisted me with navigating the government site. Angel clearly explained all their offerings, listened to my needs, and made me feel completely comfortable. Thank you both!

I couldn't give them 0 stars I ordered delivery on Monday I ended up paying $166.25 for a 1/2oz their card reader took my money said the payment wasn't processed. I gave them cash. He told me to wait for my bank to refund it and if they didnt to call the store. My bank didnt refund my money so I called the store. The person that answered said they needed to get their manager didnt put me on hold so I heard him telling his manager it was the customer with the delivery order she replied oh my god with an attitude and then the hold music came on for 30 seconds then she gets on the phone. Says she's helping with my problem. Does NOT help with the problem. She kept repeating the same thing over and over like I didnt understand in the beginning. Overall their customer service and people skills are horrible. This was my first time buying and it will DEFINITELY be my last I DO NOT recommend this store.
