Ok so let's break it down. The cannabis industry is suffering right now. At some dispensaries you'll get.. service. You may wait a while and eventually he acknowledged and somebody will sell you... weed. You can tell they're having a bad day, a rough morning, and you get home and rethink your decisions, especially when you know you can find it cheaper at LOVA, even if LOVA is a mile and a half more on your bike than the one that's a walk across the street. Exercise is good anyway right? At LOVA, literally EVERY time I go in, they are quick and so friendly right off the bat. The budtenders I've met have been kind and easy to talk to. They remember you and their vibes are always on point. If you have a specific want or need in your strains, they genuinely help you figure it out. The product they carry speaks for itself(!) and you always leave with a smile on your face.. (and when you get home the smile gets bigger). It's clean inside with a chill vibe that's not loud or distracting, but customer-centric. Their specials are on consistent daily rotations and it's a quick and easy flow with their floor plan. Diego has always been absolutely amazing, both LOVA and community are lucky to have him there. I don't always leave reviews, and they're not always fantastic when I do, but I really can't talk this spot up enough. Visited this business Oct 25. Upon visiting the they took my ID and never gave it back. I called multiple times where I spoke with the manager names Emily who stated my ID was being mailed back to me. It's now December and I've still haven't recieved my ID back. Christmas is 2 weeks away and never recieved a call back or even my ID. Not trying to bash this business but this was handled so unprofessional and such a inconvenience conceding was a tourist and I had to catch a flight the very next day without my id.

I love this place, the budtenders are so friendly and welcoming, they know me by my chosen name, not my government name.

So good I forgot how to leave a review for a minute. These guys are incredible, knowledgable, I forgot his name but homie with the rockin’ hat and jacket was killing it. Also, the strain names are normal, not boutique, and they recognize allergies and know terpenes. It’s on the menu.
