The Epic Remedy Platte - Medical and Recreational Cannabis in Colorado Springs, CO

My go to dispensary was in another city close by since rec sales were not legal in COS at that time. I had checked prices at different local store after it was finally legal locally and was shocked at how much more expensive it was vs the place I would go to normally, so I didn't bother checking any other stores in the area. I checked prices again the other day, but this time checked ER's website. The edibles I use were MUCH more expensive at my usual store than they were at ER. They even have the same discounts! I stopped by today not expecting to buy anything and ended up getting my usual purchase for almost half the price I normally paid! The Epic Remedy is now my go to store for my edibles. Besides having the best prices for the items I love, their staff were so nice and knowledgeable. I whole heartedly recommend ER for your elevated needs!!!

He took the time to understand what we were looking for, answered our questions thoroughly, and guided us toward the herb that best fit our needs. I have been to this dispensary twice now, and have had the most incredible and warm experiences with the staff! The first time that I came, I was helped by Abby, and she was just so personable and informational, she was able to answer all of my questions and even help me find Some new pre-rolls that gave me exactly the kind of sleep. I was hoping for! The second time that I came in, I was helped by Trevor, and he was equally as amazing! Personable, lighthearted, and just such welcoming personalities in every staff member that Has assisted me! I haven’t really committed to one specific recreational dispensary until now! I love the prices and I love the people! Abby and Trevor, thank you so much for being so awesome! I will definitely be back again soon!

I had my first visit yesterday and I must say this place is awesome! From the lobby to the backroom, the staff was super welcoming and friendly. My budtender Abigail was legit! She was very helpful and kept it 100! Like she said isn’t a car salesman and wasn’t there to take my money but rather help me find what I was there looking for ! Yesterday, I had a wonderful experience thanks to Trevor. His customer service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I felt valued as a customer. It’s rare to come across someone so patient and attentive, and Trevor truly made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Excellent service, highly recommend!
